To get the best performance from your Chromebook, at night before charging:
Another reminder: please charge your laptop in a safe place so nobody will trip over the cord and/or cause damage to the charger.
- Log out of Echo.
- Log off your Chromebook
- Shut down your Chromebook
- Now plug in and charge overnight.

Issues:
The two major issues that we have encountered thus far are cracked/broken screens and broken chargers. Students are reminded not to place things on top of their laptops, especially books.

Google Warranty Issues: 56 total, 45 replaced, 11 unresolved at this time.
Insurance Claims Sent/Repaired/Returned: 45 total, 35 repaired, 1 check sent for entire cost of Chromebook
Insurance Claims Sent/Waiting on Repairs: 10 total
Insurance Claims Sent/Waiting on Deductible Payment: 4 total
Broken With No Insurance: 9 total (Payments made on 5 so far)
Vandalism: 1
